Who operates Yatry
Yatry is owned and operated by Naresh Kumar in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Yatry handles travel enquiries, coordinates bookings and is the customer contact for the bookings it coordinates, including changes, cancellations and concerns about fulfilment. What Yatry saves
When you consent and submit an enquiry, Yatry saves your name, mobile number, trip, vehicle choice, fare estimate, preferences and enquiry reference so the operator can respond and manage the journey. Saved traveller details are optional. Referral tags in an enquiry link may be saved with the enquiry to understand how you found Yatry.
Your trip history
An essential, secure browser cookie remembers your own enquiries for up to 30 days. On a shared device, another person using the same browser may see your saved trips. Clearing cookies removes access to browser history, but does not delete the operator’s enquiry records. Contact Yatry with your reference to request a correction or deletion.
Who receives your details
Naresh Kumar, the owner of Yatry, can access the enquiries in a protected booking desk. When coordinating your requested journey, Yatry shares the necessary contact and trip details with the vehicle-supplying operator, Raghav Tour and Travels. WhatsApp opens a prepared message; you decide whether to send it. Google Maps, WhatsApp and other links use their own services and privacy practices when opened.
Storage and safeguards
Enquiries are stored through the website’s hosted database. Customer history is separated by browser or signed-in identity. Private driver notes, fleet records and advertising credentials are not returned to customers. Request limits use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to help prevent spam. Optional Google Analytics measures visits, contact clicks and successfully saved enquiries only after you allow it. Names, phone numbers, trip details, enquiry references and WhatsApp message text are excluded from these events. If you separately choose Analytics + Google ad measurement, Google may also use Google ad-click identifiers and measurement cookies to attribute enquiries to ads; ad personalization and Google Signals remain disabled. Without that additional choice, advertising storage and advertising data use remain denied. Optional measurement cookies last up to 90 days; your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw permission through Analytics choices in the footer. Enquiries work when you choose Only essential. No Meta Pixel is loaded, and the admin desk does not load Analytics.
Customer access
The booking website is publicly accessible. Enquiry records remain available through the protected booking desk and each customer’s own trip history.
